Coupons & Emergency Coin Aid
Redeem promotional voucher codes or submit an emergency coin grant request through the contact form during special circumstances.
Redeeming Secret Coupon Codes#
From time to time, special coupon codes are shared via the community or course completions:
- Navigate to Rewards from the sidebar.
- Click Redeem Coupon Code.
- Enter your coupon voucher and click Claim Reward.
- The bonus coins are credited to your vault immediately.
Note
To preserve fair gamification, accounts are limited to redeeming a maximum of **2 coupons per calendar month**.
Requesting Emergency Coins#
Did you experience a genuine emergency, natural disaster, power outage, or illness that broke a hard-earned 50-day streak before you could afford repairs?
- Go to the Contact / Message page.
- Select inquiry category "Request Streak Coins".
- Explain your situation. Emergency grants or grant voucher codes can be provided to help you restore your momentum!
