Workspaces Management

Organize distinct fields of study into isolated workspaces with custom color accents, independent playlist rosters, and pace calculations.

Why Use Workspaces?#

When learning multiple disciplines simultaneously (e.g. preparing for a coding interview while also learning conversational Arabic and graphic design), mixing playlists together creates mental clutter.

Workspaces provide total cognitive separation:

  • Each workspace maintains its own playlist collection, pinned notes, and completion milestones.
  • Daily study minutes and global habit streaks remain unified across all workspaces so you don't lose streak credit when switching subjects.

Workspace Properties & Accent Colors#

When creating or editing a workspace, you can customize:

Switching & Managing Active Workspaces#

  • Quick Switcher: Click the Workspace Selector dropdown in the top bar or sidebar to instantly switch context.
  • Color Accent Reactive: When you switch workspaces, the entire application dynamically tints buttons, badges, charts, and progress bars to match the selected workspace's accent color.
